💪 Featured Productivity Tip
Be boring.
The best of the best are the boring ones.
They do the same routines.
They eat the same foods.
They wear the same clothes.
They have their plan and process, and they just keep going.
Of course, we’re human - we need variety to have a full experience.
But if we can keep our eyes on the goal and ignore all the shiny distractions, we’re much more likely to get where we want to go.
That consistency is the thing that will pay off the most.
Let the miracle of compounding work in your favor.

🤔 Decision-making Idea
Confirmation Bias: Our tendency to notice or find information that supports a belief we already hold.
Example: You get a new haircut, and you really like it. You assume all the comments you barely hear behind your back are compliments that others are too afraid to deliver personally.
Our minds have a deep need for safety and security.
Certainty has both of those qualities.
By looking for evidence to support its beliefs, the brain reinforces a sense of certainty to get those feelings of safety and security.
When you catch yourself agreeing with the evidence, take a second to consider if the opposite could be true.

We broke the idea down by listing what we’d like to be known for in two categories: Relationships, and Work/ Achievements.
Then we popped that list into ChatGPT with this prompt:
Turn these notes into an inspiring obituary about [enter your name here]It was actually really moving to see what Chat came up with!
Let me know if you decide to try it!
